SHIPPING:

For US Orders:
We provide free shipping on all orders in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
For International Orders:
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. We include the cost of taxes and duties with shipping at checkout, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees later on.
We also give you the option to just pay shipping up front, but you will be responsible to instead pay any duties and taxes directly to our carrier to release your order from customs. Should you choose this option and refuse your package, we will charge a 20% restocking fee.
RETURNS:

US Returns: Refunds & returns made easy! 

Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have up to 14 days from when your order is delivered to exchange or return.

For US customers, shipping label will be emailed to you on all approved exchanges & returns. The charge for the label of $15 will be deducted from your refund.

To create a refund, click our simple form for Returns & Exchanges here. Once your start your eligible return, you will be sent an email with RMA and shipping instructions.
We will then send you an email to notify that we have received it, and confirm your return. If you are approved, we will refund your original method of payment once the item is received. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to appear.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original tags & packaging. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PIECE THAT HAS BEEN PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOMIZED. We will not accept any returns if these requirements have not been met.
International Orders - Please email support@wrenglory.com for return information.
Intl Returns: Please email us at info@wrenglory.com to begin your return or exchange. We are unable to provide a a return label for international orders, so you would be responsible for the return shipping. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Final Sale items, Gift cards & Custom Orders may not be returned (Minor changes maybe made for Custom Orders- we want to make sure you LOVE your jacket. If for any reason there is any issue with the final product, just let us know and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.)

- Wren and Glory monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

US Exchanges 
To create an exchange, simply go reach out to us here.
Wren + Glory cover all shipping charges for exchanges or store credit.

Shipping
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Order Processing
All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM EST will begin processing that day and ship with in 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
