Refunds made easy! 

Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 30 days from when your order is placed to exchange or return for free.

Shipping is complimentary on all approved exchanges & returns, although customers outside the US are responsible for taxes and duties.

Once your start your eligible return, you will be sent an email with RMA and shipping instructions.
We will then send you an email to notify that we have received it, and confirm your return.
If you are approved, we will refund your original method of payment once the item is received. Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund to appear.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


•   Final Sale items, Gift cards & Custom Orders may not be returned (Minor changes maybe made for Custom Orders- we want to make sure you LOVE your jacket. If for any reason there is any issue with the final product, just let us know and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.)

•   Wren and Glory monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

Wren + Glory cover all shipping charges for exchanges or store credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Order Processing
All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM EST will begin processing that day and ship with in 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
