All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM EST will begin processing that day and ship with in 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Once Wren + Glory has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Wren + Glory is not responsible for fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments fromWren + Glory, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Wren + Glory. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Wren + Glory offer exchanges to any full sale item within 30 days of purchase. Must include original tags and packaging, in new condition.
